It is in the business of development and sale of real estate and related activities. Its properties include Morningside Office Park, Migaa, Mitini Scapes, Tamarind Tree Residence, Lakeview Heights, Llango and Smart Plots-Kantafu. The Kantafu Gardens is an approximately 80 acre project. Llango is a mixed-use development located in Tiwi, Kwale on an approximately 20 acre piece of land. Lakeview Heights is an integrated mixed-use development planned on an approximately 100 acres located on RIAT Hills in Kisumu County. Home Afrika Ltd  picked Egyptian company Wadi Degla to build and manage a Sh3 billion sports complex at its 775-acre Migaa gated golf community in Kiambu. The Company Strategic focus is on marketing, financial strength, partnerships, innovation and technology and regional expansion. The average projects’ percentage of completion stood at an average of 40 per cent as per the latest Company Financial Results.  As the percentage of completion increases, the sales booked as deferred revenue will be gradually transferred into the profitability statement improving overall performance.
