The company also provides foreign exchange and fund transfer services, tax payment services, bancassurance, and agency banking services; and investment management services.

The company announced plans to acquire 65 per cent of Burbidge Capital Limited a corporate finance advisory firm based in Kenya and Uganda with a focus on large and mid-sized companies in the region. The Company also reached an agreement to buy out tier III lender Giro Commercial Bank due to similarity in strategy for both banks which is focus on retail and SME.
